From the Wellington, Bovlei area this stunning sparkling wine is created with de-stemmed grapes and left in separators for skin contact to enhance the absolute perfect Chenin Blanc flavours. Just the right amount of Hanepoot is added to the blend to create a more fruit-driven, crisp sparkling wine. An absolute all-occasion bubbly – with or without your favourite snack or meal.
