2 x 2016 Just released, no formal ratings yet. Softer tannins and greater clarity of fruit, in part due to use of a new Foudre and additional age of vines.
Those tasting through the flight will notice a continuing softening of tannins, and greater clarity of fruit and overall complexity. The 2016, whilst the youngest, was the first vintage of Frankenstein to use a Foudre for fermentation of the berries. The result is clear, and worthwhile, with softer tannins and greater complexity.
