Cape Wine Master De Bruyn Steenkamp created this beautiful Stellenbosch blend that is full-bodied and well-balanced.
The wine was fermented in open concrete fermenters and matured in French oak barrels for 12 months. The Merlot brings soft tannins to the blend whilst the Cabernet Sauvignon component adds structure and complexity.
