Cape Wine Master De Bruyn Steenkamp created this beautiful Stellenbosch blend that is full-bodied and well-balanced.
The Merlot was fermented on the skins for 8 days and transferred to French oak for 10 months. The Cabernet Sauvignon component was also left on the skins for 8 days and spent 6 months on French oak staves.
The Merlot brings soft tannins to the blend whilst the Cabernet Sauvignon component adds structure and weight.
A truly beautiful full-bodied blend with a dark maroon core and classy finish.
