A full-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a splash of Petit Verdot.
This barrel-fermented red wine is completely hand-crafted, traditional and unhurried.
The fruit was fermented for 9 to 14 days on the skins. The juice was racked into French oak barrels for 25 months resulting in a dark ruby colour with a garnet edge.
The wine was bottled using a gentle gravity flow system and all capsuling, labelling and packaging was done by hand.
The tannins are smooth and ripe with aromas of black berries and mocha on the nose.
Now 15 years old, this wine is in its prime and should remain in fine condition for another 5 years.
