Description
A 100% Sauvignon Blanc with a bright straw color adorned by green hues, this wine exudes a fresh and lively character. Aromas of lime, passionfruit, and freshly cut herbs invigorate the senses. On the palate, tropical fruit flavors intertwine with balanced herbaceous notes. The grapes were carefully selected from parcels in the Awatere and Wairau valleys in Marlborough.
The grapes underwent gentle pressing and cool fermentation with selected yeasts, resulting in a superbly balanced wine with vivid aromatic fruit expressions.
