A French-styled Pinot Gris, slightly wooded and more full-bodied than the lighter Italian-style Pinot Grigio. Only the best bunches were hand-selected on the day of picking. This Pinot Gris has delicate flavours enhanced by fresh minerality on the palate. The name ‘Maia’ represents the Greek goddess of spring, growth, fertility and all things feminine. The flower on the label represents the “Lily of the Valley” the flower of May – the month Hendrien was born.
