Description
A classic, fine wine which happens to have ultra-fine, well-integrated bubbles. The wine has a beautiful salmon pink hue with aromas of licorice and small red fruits exuding from the glass. The Champagne is aged on the lees twice as long as the appellation requirements, resulting in a long and generous finish. The wine is rich and velvety on the palate with flavours of cherry and redcurrent. Can drink now, but will age gracefully. 87% Pinot Noir, 13% Chardonnay
