The Champagne is aged on the lees twice as long as the appellation requirements, giving the wine intriguing complexity enhanced by subtle toasty aromas. In the glass, the wine is golden with coppery reflections. The nose is fruity and indulgent, opening up to slighty pastry-like and aniseed notes.
