Jordan Wine Estate ‘The Outlier’ Sauvignon Blanc 2014

The first, and currently the only Jordan wine to be sold by Frogitt & Vonkel!

This is a real hidden-gem of a Sauvignon Blanc from their Estate Varietals range.
This is tropical fruit style Sauv Blanc, grown on south-facing aspects of the vineyards. The specific location and it’s geography means during ripening periods the temperatures are around 3 degrees cooler than inland Stellenbosch.

The wine is barrel fermented, which isn’t a usual method for Sauv Blanc and spends 8 months “sur lie” which softens the acidity of the wine.
If you are serious about Sauvignon Blanc, you seriously need a few cases of this!
