‘Sinesquema’ is a modern concept of wine that does not follow protocols or oenological fashions.  The wine is created in the most natural way possible, without additives, yeasts and without corrections.

This signature wine perfectly combines modernity and tradition.

Hand-crafted using Monastrell and Syrah grapes from four vineyards ranging from 25 to 55 years old.

The whole winemaking process is gravity fed which ensures the fruit is handled with the utmost respect.

The wine was aged in French oak for 4 months resulting in a wine that is fresh and dynamic in the mouth with herbal, forest notes on the nose.
