This clean Sauvignon Blanc really ticks all of the boxes. The grapes are harvested by hand from 7 year old trellised vines on the South facing slopes of the Helderberg. Skin contact was limited to 6 hours giving the wine it’s clear appearance. This Sauvignon Blanc has intense aromas with green, grassy undertones on the palate. A truly mouthwatering wine with presence, richness and crisp acidity.
