“A subtly dry, full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with a distinct green tinge.”
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were hand harvested from 18 year old trellised vines on the South facing slopes of the Helderberg. Skin contact was limited to 6 hours giving the wine a beautiful pale green hue. A full flavoured wine with beautiful mineral undertones finishing with a salty twist. Ready to enjoy now, but has beautiful aging potential.
