Description
Harvested in the cool of the early morning, the grapes underwent whole berry fermentation to preserve purity of fruit and aromatic expression. Following fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak barrels for 15 months, adding subtle depth and structure.
This Merlot entices with a captivating bouquet of fresh red fruits, juicy raspberries and luscious plums. Creating an inviting, fruit-forward profile.
