Klein Sering Semillon 2018

Due to the colder windy climate and direct sea breezes, white wine varieties thrive in Noordhoek.  This Semillon has the advantage of a longer ripening period which allows for more time to develop unique flavours and nuances.  The intensive micromanagement of this small vineyard together with the unique terroir puts this wine into a league of its own.

Slightly crisp acidity combined with subtle oak to create a balanced well-integrated wine.
