The grapes were hand-picked from 10 year old vines located at the East and South facing slopes of the vineyard.
The wine was matured in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels for 11 months resulting in a full and creamy mouthfeel.
Only the best barrels were selected by the winemaker to create this beautiful vintage.
