The grapes are harvested from mid-September to mid-October and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Delicate, distinctive and fruity with a lively, juicy and dry flavour ending with great softness.
The wine displays medium intensity with harmonious light tannic notes.
An excellent accompaniment with fatty foods.
