(Pronounced roo-kay) A relatively scarce grape, grown only in the hills to the north-west of Asti. The wine spent 6 to 8 months in used barriques.
A soft, velvety wine with a lingering palate. Intense with hints of flowers and fresh fruit.
Persistent with hints of almond on the finish
As far as the farm can ascertain, this is the only single-cultivar bottling of Ruché in the world!
