100% Albarino harvested from 40 year old vineyards located in Riax Baixas in the Salnes Valley. In the glass, the wine is straw yellow in colour with intense greenish, gold tones.
The wine was fermented for 15 to 20 days and aged in French oak for 6 months on the lees.
After barrel maturation the wine was bottle aged for a minimum of 6 months.
The palate is round and full with toasty, nutty flavours. Aromas of dried flowers and herbs are evident on the nose.
Wonderfully clean with great balance and acidity.
