Land of Hope Reserve Pinot Noir 2014
Farm: Land of Hope
“The very definition of a vibrant and exciting Pinot Noir crafted by the Pinot Noir masters themselves, Alex Dale & Jacques De Klerk”
Created to express refinement and poise as well as fragrant expression of the cultivars fun side. The fruit is from purposely planted Burgundian Pinot Noir vines which are now 10 years old. As a result each vintage brings further depth, texture, presence and poise. 40% of the selected berries are whole-bunch pressed and minimalist intervention in the cellar with gentle oaking returns an elegant and refreshing Elgin Pinot Noir. Smooth as silk, graceful and delicious. A wine for any and every occasion.
