L’Avenir Mountain View Pinotage 2015

Now here’s a rarity – a Pinotage made almost exclusively for export to France! This Stellenbosch Pinotage has been made in a lighter style, with particular reference to it’s Pinot Noir parentage, by French-owned L’Avenir essentially for it’s domestic (French) market. It’s well balanced and nicely crafted, but perhaps a little lighter and fruitier than traditional Pinotage. We think it fantastic value, and an ideal red wine for summer. Past vintages have been selected by SAA for service on their SA-France flights.
