Le Belle Rebelle A Bird in the Hand Semillon 2019

“A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.  In times like this we must appreciate what we have because sometimes the best is closer to home.”

This gem of a vineyard was recently re-discovered on the family estate.  By updating vineyard practices and winemaking techniques this unique wine was born.

Fermentation took place in barrel for approximately 15 days.  A combination of 25% Hungarian and 75% French oak was used.

The palate is creamy and loaded with stone fruit flavours, with honeysuckle aromas and wooded elegance.
