Catchpole & Co. Les Dangereux Sauvignon Blanc 2019

The Les Dangereux Sauvignon Blanc is definitely a firm favorite of our clients, expressing the true terroir and excellency of the South African Winelands.  A classically styled Sauvignon Blanc with luscious fruit aromas and a balanced and elegant palate.  The 2019 was fermented in stainless steel tanks and left of its lees for four months before bottling.  80% of the fruit is from Botriver and the rest is from Elgin which adds extra layers of complexity.  A wine which is DANGEROUSLY easy drinking, hence the name Les Dangereux because one bottle is simply never enough!
