Chardonnay-driven (75%) traditional MCC seduced into harmony with Pinot Noir (24.5%) and the unusual kiss of Petit Meunir (.5%) make this wine a very serious alternative to Champagne. The wine has a beautiful pale Autumn hue and has spent 6 months in tank and 18 months on the lees. A tantalizing mousse releases a vibrant mix of fruit flavours which ends with a clean, integrated aftertaste. Absolutely delicious with range of dishes from salads to pastas, smoked salmon and sushi.
