A true gem of the Robertson Wine Valley harvested from 17 year old vineyards.
60% of this wine is unwooded and harvested from Doornbosch farm in Bonnievale.
40% was matured for 9 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak from Klipbosch farm in Robertson.
The wine is fresh with good acidity. The time spent in oak has given this Chardonnay beautiful depth and body, resulting in a truly complex wine.
