Major’s Hill Chardonnay 2018
“A full-flavoured Chardonnay with concentrated tropical fruit flavours and hints of butter.”
The grapes are hand-harvested at night and de-stemmed into tanks. The grapes are kept whole while the free run juice is drawn out by gravity. This Chardonnay is lightly wooded to produce a wine with full, ripe and concentrated flavours and a hints of butter.
Drinking beautifully now, but will age for another 3 years.
