Description
The grapes were handpicked at optimal ripeness from selected vineyards ranged between 21 to 31 years. Crafted to reflect a harmonious balance between New World vibrancy and Old World elegance, this wine captures the essence of its distinguished terroir. Matured for 18 months in a selection of French oak barrels, it reveals a deep, inky colour and a bouquet of ripe berries, cherries, and hints of cinnamon. On the palate, it is mouth-filling and structured, with luscious, ripe tannins and a lingering finish of dark chocolate. Drinking beautifully, but can age for another 5 years.
