The grapes were harvested from 20-year-old bush vines from the Southern Paarl area.
After de-stemming and pressing, the juice spent 13 days on the skins resulting in an elegant red hue.
The wine was matured in old French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.
Enticing aromatics of dark cherries, vanilla and cocoa reel you in to a juicy, ripe palate full of fruit density, herbaceous characteristics and mineral notes.
