Produced with the remaining fruit from its big sister (the Metzer Family Chenin Blanc), but produced almost identically. Single vineyard, benefiting from coastal breezes and quartz-rich soils. Natural fermentation in French oak with 7 months in barrel. Deliciously crisp and refreshing, a showcase of Chenin’s ability to express tropical flavours and clean minerality.
