Dominique is based in the village of Morgon, arguably the most famous of all the Cru, and the origin of this fantastic ‘Morgon La Chanaise’. This is a “must have” French red for customers who have been exploring the Rhone and Burgundy with us via or sought-after imports.
He possesses a Domaine unique in Beaujolais, by the sheer number of the top ‘Crus’ he now owns. The ‘Crus’ are the top vineyards or Appellations, which cover the Region. His status among his peers confirmed in 2016, when Dominique was elevated to the position of President of the producers of the Beaujolais Region.
The 2014 vintage retains lovely acidity, lending balance and length. A stunning wine at a steal of a price!
