The Staatmaker encapsulates everything that is old and genuine of the Cape.
The grapes were hand-harvested then further sorted by hand in the cellar to ensure that only the best fruit is used for fermentation.
Fermentation occurs naturally in seasoned barrels, where each varietal is aged separately for 12 months. The varietals are then blended together and aged for a further 6 months in barrel.
Extremely limited production with less than 300 bottles available.
