Nautilus Estate Pinot Gris 2022

Nautilus Pinot Gris is an opportunity to really change the pace of your white wine explorations.  This Italian varietal does well in New Zealand and is a personal favourite of the owners at Nautilus.  The medium-bodied palate shows concentrated fruit flavours, bright acidity and a delicious dry finish.

The wine was fermented in stainless steel with a small portion fermented in old oak barrels and kept on the lees for 4 months.  This classic technique enhances creaminess and adds a beautiful textural component to the wine.

Delicious upon release – will improve for 3 to 5 years post vintage
