Nautilus Pinot Gris is an opportunity to really change the pace of your white wine explorations. This Italian varietal does well in New Zealand and is a personal favourite of the owners at Yalumba. The medium-bodied palate shows concentrated fruit flavours with a delicious dry finish. Pinot Gris is complex and refreshing – think pure fruit flavours with a bright, crisp finish.
Delicious upon release – will improve for 3 to 5 years post vintage
