Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc 2017

The 2017 marks the 33nd vintage for the Estate, it is a ‘serious’ style of Sauvignon Blanc, designed to complement food, not over power it. Aromatic and complex on the nose, the palate is mouth-watering and intense with a strong textural component. The wine was kept on the lees for 5 months which enhances the creaminess and integrates flavor. This is a step-up on the Twin Islands, and if you buy both you’ll enjoy tasting them head to head.
Delicious upon release. Will improve for 3-5 years.
