A well-balanced Chenin Blanc with crisp acidity and a full mouth-feel. The grapes were harvested at full ripeness and left on the lees for one month in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Beautiful expression of tropical fruit shines through on the palate with a delightful lingering finish.
