This elegant pink creation is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes.
The fruit was harvested at full ripeness resulting in a wine of natural sweetness. The Rosé was removed from the skins after 2 hours of contact.
A long and cold fermentation was conducted to preserve the beautiful flavours of the Cabernet Franc.
A perfect wine to enjoy on a warm day.
