Nelson’s Wine Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2012

A classic, full-bodied blend with elegant, subtle tannins and a long lingering finish on the palate. The grapes are harvested by hand and aged in 80% New French barrels for 18 months.  To enhance the beautiful dark red claret hue, 30% of the juice has been extracted from the skins. With mouth-watering complexity this vintage is ideal to drink now, but will age wonderfully for a further 3 years.
