A perfect Chardonnay for those who love the classic expression of this varietal. A well-balanced wine with toasty vanilla aromas on the nose complimented by buttery flavours on the palate. The juice was left for one hour skin contact then transferred to 100% New French oak barrels for 9 months.
Ideal to drink now but will age for another 3 years
