Nelson’s Wine Estate Rosé 2018

A 100% Cabernet Franc Rosé with a beautiful crisp natural acidity and a sweet lingering aftertaste. The Cabernet Franc grapes were harvested at full ripeness. The Rosé juice was removed from the skins after three hours of contact giving the wine it’s elegant soft pink hue. A long, cold fermentation was conducted to preserve the flavours produced by the grapes.
