Onderkloof Bottleneck Rosé 2020

After a hot harvest in 2014, the Onderkloof pickers brought, to their surprise, another 4 tons of harvested Cabernet Franc grapes.  All of the tanks in the cellar were already filled to capacity and hence they were confronted with a serious bottleneck!  Consequently, Bottleneck Rosé was born.  The Cabernet franc grapes were kept on the skins for 6 hours resulting in a beautiful pink hue.

Light to medium-bodied on the palate with intense fruit aromas and a long lingering finish.
