The grapes are grown and harvested in the cold climate region of Cape Aghulas. The vineyards are close to the ocean and just 56km from the most Southern point in Africa.
All grapes are harvested by hand and stored in cold fridges before de-stemming and fermentation. This Sauvignon Blanc displays strong citrus notes on the nose with fresh acidity and minerality on the palate.
