The Sir Lowry Red Blend is Onderkloof’s only red blend.  Consisting of Stellenbosch Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The three varietals make a harmonious combination resulting in a wine ofbtrue elegance.  The Cabernet Franc and Merlot were both fermented separately for 24 months in French oak, whilst the Cabernet Sauvignon was not put in barrel at all. All three varietals were then blended together before bottling.
