“A Stellenbosch Cabernet Franc with an unbelievable price tag!”
The grapes are grown and hand-harvested 5km outside of Stellenbosch centre. After fermentation, a portion of the juice was matured in older French oak barrels for 18 months. The remaining Cabernet Franc juice was stored in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
This perfectly aged Cabernet Franc leads with dark berries and white pepper on the palate, and merges perfectly with subdued oak and hazelnut nuances.
