The grapes are all hand-picked from a single vineyard on their neighboring farm 400m from their cellar. The wine was first fermented in stainless steel tanks then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months. This Cabernet Sauvignon has wonderful depth and fullness with a luxurious and rounded texture.
