The grapes are all hand-picked from a single vineyard on their neighboring farm 400m from their cellar in Sir Lowrys Pass.  The wine was first fermented in stainless steel tanks then matured in French oak barrels for 24 months.  This Cabernet Sauvignon has wonderful depth and fullness with a luxurious and rounded texture.
