Very traditional Cabernet Sauvignon with a twist of ripe fruit and expertly assembled by Robert Frater. Added complexity comes from the use of open fermentation tanks and intelligent oaking of 10 months. Made well enough to cellar for up to 10 years, but you’ll probably drink your first case within a month.
