An earthy Cabernet Sauvignon with complex aromas of dark fruits and a herby undertone.
The fruit was farmed organically and harvested at full ripeness from 23 year old vines.
30% of the juice was removed from the skins to enhance the extraction of colour and flavour.
The wine was then aged in 50% New and 50% older French Oak barrels for 12 months.
A full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with a black fruit core and green pepper on the lingering finish.
Ideal partner with red meat, or a juicy burger!
Ready to drink, but can age for up to 8 years.
