The brief for Heroes Journey 1 was to create a wine that could compete with the best, so no short-cuts were taken. The parcels of fruit were hand-picked, then blended together and matured in French Oak barrels for 2 years. The final blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot showcases beautiful elegance, complexity and a long, lingering finish. A classic Bordeaux-style blend with an intense dark ruby colour and perfectly balanced tannins.
Can cellar between 10 and 12 years
