A wonderfully crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc with initial grassy notes on the nose that develop into tropical fruit aromas.
The fruit was harvested by hand from the Darling region early in the morning to retain the classic fresh qualities of a Sauvignon Blanc.
After crushing, the grapes spent 6 hours on the skins before gentle pressing.
The palate is soft with a fruity entry that lingers long after the first sip.
