Radford Dale Black Rock 2017

A seductive and very unique blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan.  Hand-harvested, hand-sorted in the cellar to ensure only the finest examples of berries are used.  All three varietals were co-fermented allowing for a much more harmonious and seamless blend.  The wine spent 18 months in barrel with most of the barrels ranging from 2^ndto 6^thfill.  On the palate, the wine delights with generous concentration and a refined, smooth texture.

This vintage is bolder than the 2016, and makes quite the statement. In our opinion the 2017 is the finest Black Rock to date.
